• General partners in a simple limited partnership must be UAE nationals only while partners of other nationalities must be limited partners.
• Share of ownership of general or limited partners is boundless.
• Management or administrative issues of general partners are out of the reach of the limited partners or limited partners have no right to intervene. If they do so, they will become subject to all of the business obligations.
